SITC Seafarers Skills Enhancement Training Held Successfully
In order to improve the professional skills of SITC seafarers and enhance the overall quality of the seafarer team, from May 12th to 17th, 2025, SITC Shipping successfully organized a skill enhancement training for seafarers at Shandong Transportation Vocational College.
This training focused on practical training and hands - on operations. An experienced and highly professional teaching team from the college was invited. Based on the latest industry standards and actual work requirements, a scientific and reasonable training curriculum was formulated. The course content covered multiple key areas, including maritime professional English, ship safety operations, electro - welding practical operations, and high - altitude work.
